Empayar Timor has done it again in conducting the Catfish Breeding Course / Kursus Pembenihan Ikan Keli on Sunday, 1 March 2009 which saw 15 participants all over Sarawak joining the course.Empayar Timor would like to extend its gratitude to the participants for their enthuthiastic effort in the course especially the practical hands-on session.
