GOOD NEWS!!!Splash! Catfish (R) menu is available from Empayar Timor. In Malay language, we called it Ikan Keli Percik (R). It is deliciously grilled over wooden fire to a perfection. Can be taken straight with white rice and dipped in chilli sauce, soya sauce or any other sauce to your liking.
