1) Basic Catfish Rearing Course

Date: 4 April 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Venue: Dewan Serbaguna Kampung Bunuk, Jalan Puncak Borneo
Fee: RM 150.00 per pax

2) Catfish Breeding Course

Date: 5 April 2009 (Sunday)
Time: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Venue: Dewan Serbaguna Kampung Bunuk, Jalan Puncak Borneo and Empayar Timor's fish farm
Fee: RM 300.00 per pax

Discount RM 20.00 per pax if you register for both courses. You only need to pay RM 430.00 per pax only.

Picnic picnic picnic...Catfish Menu

A group of us went on a Sunday picnic by the stream and guess what we had for the main menu? YES!!! Catfish...catfish...catfish...Grilled catfish over wood fire and dipped with spicy black pepper sauce. Pansuh keli or catfish in bamboo and later served with white rice. Yummy.......

Splash! Catfish (R) menu is available from Empayar Timor. In Malay language, we called it Ikan Keli Percik (R). It is deliciously grilled over wooden fire to a perfection. Can be taken straight with white rice and dipped in chilli sauce, soya sauce or any other sauce to your liking.
